When you book your reservation, it is set aside for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments or cancellations are necessary. Therefore, we require 1 week notice of a cancellation or rescheduling of the reservation. If you cancel a booking more than 7 days prior to intended arrival date, there will be no charge. If you cancel a booking less than 7 days prior to intended arrival date, there will be a 25% charge of what the total amount would have been. If you cancel a booking less than 48 hr. notice prior to intended arrival date, there will be a 50% charge of what the total amount would have been. If you cancel a booking on the day of intended arrival date or you don't show up, you will be charged the total amount of that intended stay. No shows or last-minute changes will be flagged & required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit for all future bookings. If it happens again, no shows or last-minute changes, will be required to prepay for the entire stay prior to intended arrival date. Please understand that with the limited spaces that we have available, when you cancel, change your booking without giving appropriate notice or are a no show, we miss out on the opportunity to fill that reservation spot with another client & also makes it harder to fill those reservation dates. We will be enforcing our cancellation & rescheduling policy. We stand by our policies & the quality of service that we provide. The cancellation policy gives us the time to accept new reservations. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made during business hours.
